STEP 01
Create an account: username + password is all it takes
There are two ways in: the “Start Free” button at the top of this page, or open the user panel and switch to registration in the top right. The form has just three fields — username, password and confirm password. Registration here needs no email address, so there's no “check your inbox, click the activation link” step: fill it in, submit, done.
For your username, use 6-20 letters and numbers, and avoid spaces or special characters; for your password, use at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters plus numbers. Your username and password are the credentials for the panel, so keep them in a password manager and don't share one account with other people.
After you submit, you're signed in automatically and land on the Account Overview section. Your plan status is empty at this point, which is normal — choosing a plan is the next step. If you close the page halfway through, come back to the site and click Log in at the right end of the navigation, then continue with the username and password you just set; nothing is lost.
Once you're registered, check three things:
- Submitting takes you straight into the panel — no second login
- The Account Overview section shows your plan status and remaining data (empty until you buy)
- The panel has the Download Client and Buy a Plan entries you'll need for the next steps
STEP 02
Choose a plan: monthly plan or data pack
Open the Buy a Plan section in the panel, or click View Plans on the marketing pages first to look over the prices before deciding. The three monthly plans differ only in monthly data: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date — sign up on the 12th and it resets on the 12th every month, not on the 1st, so there's no need to rush your order to the start of the month.
Not sure how much you'll use each month? Estimate by device count and usage:
| Plan | Price | Data | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly · 60GB | ¥9.9 / month | 60GB, resets monthly on your activation date | One device for everyday browsing, messaging and light AI tool use |
| Monthly · 250GB | ¥18 / month | 250GB, resets monthly on your activation date | Computer and tablet online at once, AI tools and HD video |
| Monthly · 500GB | ¥28 / month | 500GB, resets monthly on your activation date | 4K streaming, large file transfers, heavy multi-device use |
| Data pack | From ¥158 | 300GB / 1000GB / 3000GB, use until it runs out | Occasional use, no monthly renewal |
Data packs are one-time purchases in three tiers: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They're used up as you go and never expire, so nothing is wasted if you don't use them — a good fit for business trips, travel, or use only at certain times.
Payment options are Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Once your order goes through, it appears in the panel's order list, your plan status syncs to Account Overview, and you can see remaining data and expiry there. If you want to upgrade later, you don't have to buy again — start an upgrade in the panel and the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. And if it turns out not to be the right fit, there's a way out: a 14-day money-back guarantee.
STEP 03
Copy your subscription link: grab it once from the overview page
Once your plan is active, go back to Account Overview and find the subscription area. The panel offers three ways to get it, so pick whichever you like: click One-click import and an installed client opens with the configuration written in automatically; click Copy subscription link to get an address starting with https that you paste into the client yourself; or open the QR code and scan it with the mobile client.
The subscription link looks like this (example only — always use the one shown in your panel):
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
This link carries your account identity — it's effectively the key to your account. Don't post it in group chats or public forums, and don't include it in support ticket screenshots; pasting the client error message into a ticket is enough.
One thing to be clear about: a subscription is not an installer, and double-clicking it won't run anything. It's just a configuration address that works together with a client, and the client requests that link every time it updates the subscription. After your plan expires or your data runs out, the link stops updating and the servers already in your client stop connecting; renew, then update the subscription manually in the client and the servers come back.
If copying doesn't work, try another browser first; you can also select the whole text in the subscription box and copy it manually — on a phone, just press and hold to select.
- The subscription area has three entries: One-click import, Copy subscription link and QR code
- The overview page shows both remaining data and expiry date
- After you click Copy subscription link, the browser confirms the copy once
STEP 04
Import into your client: choose the entry for your platform
This service supports five platforms — Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux — and one account covers unlimited devices, so all five can be online at the same time. Clients all come from the Download Client section of the panel: installers and subscriptions are only available after you log in, and the marketing pages carry no direct links. Below, each platform section explains which client to use and where the import entry is — just read the one for the device you have.
Windows: desktop client, paste your subscription link
On Windows, use the desktop client from the panel's download page. The installer is self-hosted on this site, and you don't need to change system proxy settings by hand — the client takes over network settings itself.
Download the installer
Log in to the panel, open the Download Client section and download the Windows version.
Install
Double-click the installer and follow the wizard. If SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway to continue.
Add the subscription
Open the client, go to the Subscription or Configuration page and click Add subscription.
Paste the link
Paste the subscription link you just copied and save; the client fetches the server list automatically.
Connect
Go back to the main screen, pick a server from the list and click Connect.
If the client already has an old subscription, delete it before adding the new one, so two configurations don't mix and duplicate servers in the list.
macOS: desktop client, authorize on first connection
macOS also uses the desktop client from the panel's download page. It runs natively on M-series chips, with no translation layer to install.
Download and install
Download the macOS version from the Download Client section of the panel, open the dmg and drag the app into your Applications folder.
First launch
If you see the “unidentified developer” warning, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway and confirm once more.
Add the subscription
Open the client, paste the subscription link on the subscription page and save.
Allow the network extension
The first time you connect, macOS asks you to allow a network extension — enter your login password and allow it. You only do this once; it won't ask again.
Connect
Pick a server and click connect; the menu bar icon switches to connected.
If pages won't load after connecting, check whether iCloud Private Relay is on — two exit paths running at once can interfere with each other, so turn it off and reconnect.
iOS: get the client from the App Store
The iOS client installs from the App Store. The Download Client section of the panel has a link that takes you there, so you don't need to hunt for an installer on the web.
Install the client
In the panel's Download Client section, click the iOS entry to jump to the App Store and finish installing.
Copy the subscription first
Copy the subscription link in the panel, then open the client and tap + → Import from clipboard.
Confirm the configuration
iOS shows an Add VPN Configuration prompt during import — confirm with Face ID / Touch ID or your passcode.
Connect
Back on the client's home screen, pick a server and turn the connection switch on; once connected, a VPN badge appears in the status bar.
iOS allows only one VPN configuration to be connected at a time. If you've installed others before, check Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and make sure this service's configuration is the one selected.
Android: mobile client, QR code is faster
On Android, use the client installer from the panel's download page. You can also open the panel in your phone's browser and copy the subscription link right there — no need to move files between devices.
Download the client
Log in to the panel in your phone's browser and open the Download Client section to get the Android version.
Allow installation
During installation the system asks you to allow apps from this source — grant permission in settings and continue.
Import the subscription
Open the client and paste the link on the subscription page, or tap Scan to import and scan the QR code in the panel.
Connect
After saving, pick a server and tap connect; the first time, the system asks to set up a VPN connection — tap OK.
Some systems drop the connection when they clear background apps. Adding the client to the battery optimization allowlist (under something like Settings → Battery → Apps) prevents that.
Linux: download the client, command line works too
On Linux, use the client from the panel's download page and pick the build for your architecture. If you prefer the command line, you can also use the subscription link with a common core.
Download the right architecture
In the panel's Download Client section, choose the Linux build that matches your system architecture.
Extract and make executable
After extracting, give the file executable permission as described in the package, for example
chmod +x filename, then run it.Import and connect
Add a subscription in the client, paste the subscription link, save, then pick a server and connect.
The Help Center covers full command-line setups and core choices; this page doesn't go into them.
STEP 05
Connect and verify: make sure traffic goes through the server
Connecting is only the first step — you also need to confirm your traffic really goes through the server. Start with the client side: if the status reads Connected and the upload and download counters are moving, your local setup is ready.
Then check the exit: open the Network Check page on this site, which shows your current exit IP and location. Check once before connecting and once after — if the two results differ and the location matches the region you picked (choose a Hong Kong server and it shows Hong Kong), your traffic is going through the server. The same page also offers a DNS leak self-check.
There's also the most obvious check of all: open a service that only loads properly on an international connection — if it opens, the server is working.
Connected but pages won't load? Troubleshoot in this order: switch servers first, trying one from a different region and a different route type; then check that your system clock is accurate, since a large time offset makes the handshake fail; if that doesn't help, update the subscription manually in the client to refresh the server list.
If speeds disappoint, prefer IEPL dedicated lines first — they run on a separate channel and hold up better at peak hours; relay routes come next; direct routes have the shortest path but depend more on your local network quality. The server list page labels each server's type and best use case.
One more thing: a single account covers unlimited devices, so your computer, tablet and phone can all be online at once without kicking each other off.
Success checklist:
- The location shown on the Network Check page matches the region of the server you picked
- The client shows Connected, with upload and download counters still moving
- Everyday sites and AI tool pages load normally, with no certificate errors
