Terms of Service

This page explains the scope of VPN-LG's cross-border network acceleration service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, availability, and the limits of liability.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

VPN-LG provides a cross-border network acceleration service: by subscribing to international routes, users can reach international websites and overseas services from their own devices. The service includes Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients, subscription links, nodes covering 120+ countries and 190+ routes, and a user dashboard for self-service management.

Subscriptions are delivered per account. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets every month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Data packs last until used up and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Current tiers and prices are those shown on the pricing page and the order page in the user dashboard.

This service makes no availability commitment for any specific third-party website or app. Access rules on third-party platforms are set by those platforms themselves and may change at any time.

2. Account and Subscription Rules of Use

An account consists of a username and password, and no email address is required to register. Accounts are for the registered user only: a single account can be online on unlimited devices at the same time, but it may not be shared with others.

Reselling, renting out, or lending accounts or subscription links is prohibited. Publishing subscription links on public channels such as forums, chat groups, or code repositories is also prohibited.

Using automated scripts to mass-register accounts or to bulk scrape or scan routes is prohibited, as are requests to service endpoints that go beyond normal usage.

Keep your account credentials safe. If you notice unusual sign-ins or a leaked subscription link, reset your password promptly in the user dashboard. Losses caused by failure to safeguard account information are the user's own responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

When using this service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and place of use, and must judge for themselves whether their use is compliant. This service is intended only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration.

Using this service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: attacking or intruding into others' systems, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraud.

Using this service to access, store, or distribute content prohibited by law is not allowed.

For usage that violates the terms on this page, the service may restrict connections, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.

4. Service Availability and Limits of Liability

The service is provided as is. Routes may see higher latency, brief interruptions, or changes because of shifting network conditions, upstream resource adjustments, or equipment maintenance. The service works to keep any disruption short but does not guarantee availability at any given time.

Issues caused by the user's local network, device faults, client and OS version compatibility, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms themselves fall outside the scope of this service's responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Actual experience varies by region and ISP, and users understand and accept the inherent fluctuations of cross-border network environments.

5. Grounds for Account Termination

The service may suspend or terminate an account, depending on the severity, if any of the following occurs:

1. Violation of the terms on this page, especially reselling, renting out, lending, or sharing accounts or subscription links;
2. Use of the service for unlawful purposes;
3. Attacking, scanning, or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the service by technical means;
4. Abnormal account activity such as unauthorized use or abuse, once verified.

Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for the no-questions-asked refund. Users may stop using the service at any time and may submit an account deletion request in the user dashboard; deleted accounts cannot be restored.

6. How These Terms Change

The terms on this page may be updated as the service and legal requirements change. Updated versions are published on this page, and the last-updated date shown at the top is revised at the same time.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the service.

Material changes affecting user rights are announced in advance through site announcements or the user dashboard.
